Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack your unopened products in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.
Ship the Items
Send your package via a tracked shipping carrier to our distribution center; we recommend keeping your tracking number for confirmation.
Processing and Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
